Welcome to the University of Puerto Rico School of Medicine Graduate Medical Education Website. The University of Puerto Rico has a long tradition of post-graduate training in nearly all of the medical and surgical specialties and subspecialties.
The School of Medicine sponsors thirty four (34) residency and fellowship programs at the University District Hospital (UDH), the University Pediatric Hospital (UPH) and the University of Puerto Rico Hospital at Carolina.
The office for Graduate Medical Education is located at the second floor of the Medical Sciences Campus main building at the office 209.

The goal of our graduate medical programs is to provide the highest quality of medical, educational and professional training that will ultimately prepare physicians for the practice of specialty and/or subspecialty or for the pursuit of academic and research medicine.
