Donor Campaign

Now, more than ever, philanthropic partners are vital to the future of major academic medical centers. The UPR School of Medicine has set high goals which cannot be achieved without the support of committed donor partners. Your contribution will allow us to continue educating competent and compassionate medical professionals, and will extend the scope of research and training programs.

Help us build a new, state-of-the-art Medical Education Center and a remodeled Student Lounge. This center, along with a refined curriculum will train our students with tomorrow’s science; integrating basic and clinical skills, more small group experiences, taking advantage of new image technology and expanding the use of robotics and patient simulation. The Student Lounge will be located at the existing third floor lockers area adjacent to the amphitheaters. This project is now in process and will be inaugurated next semester.

We also invite you to join the Dr. Nathan Rifkinson Endowed Fund with your generous contribution today. This fund honors Dr. Rifkinson and the neurosurgery faculty. The fund helps us to retain our most outstanding faculty and to attract top faculty from around the world.
