with 6 operating rooms and 4 interventional and diagnostic suites
Since 1952, the program trains residents and medical students. Last year, the service performed 221 cardiovascular and 42 thoracic cases. Post-op care is provided by specialized trained pediatricians in-house 24 hours and assisted by surgical residents and supervised by the Attending surgeon.
